You may view and/or print pages from the website for your own personal use subject to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

Rental Terms

Rental Requests and Confirmation

All rental requests made through our website are subject to acceptance and confirmation by Innovative Safety Inc. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Upon submission of a rental request, you will receive an email confirmation with details of your request. This is not a confirmation of availability or rental agreement. Our team will contact you to confirm availability, rental terms, and finalize the agreement.

Rental Period

The rental period begins on the date the Equipment is delivered to or picked up by the Client and ends on the date the Equipment is returned to Innovative Safety Inc. Minimum rental periods may apply to certain Equipment. Extension of the rental period requires prior approval from Innovative Safety Inc.

Rental Fees and Payments

Rental fees are as stated on our website or as quoted by our representatives. All fees are in US Dollars and do not include applicable taxes, delivery, or pickup charges unless explicitly stated. Payment terms will be specified in your rental agreement. Late payments may incur additional charges.

Security Deposit

A security deposit may be required for certain Equipment. The deposit amount will be specified in your rental agreement. The deposit will be refunded upon return of the Equipment in good condition, less any applicable charges for damage, late return, or cleaning.

Equipment Use and Care

The Client agrees to:

• Use the Equipment only for its intended purpose
• Operate the Equipment in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions
• Maintain the Equipment in good condition
• Not alter, modify, or repair the Equipment without prior written consent
• Not remove or deface any identification labels on the Equipment
• Ensure that only qualified personnel operate the Equipment
• Notify Innovative Safety Inc. immediately of any damage, malfunction, or breakdown of the Equipment

Damage and Loss

The Client is responsible for all damage to or loss of the Equipment during the rental period, regardless of cause, except for normal wear and tear. In the event of damage or loss, the Client will be charged the cost of repair or replacement, as determined by Innovative Safety Inc.

Return of Equipment

The Client must return the Equipment to Innovative Safety Inc. on or before the end of the rental period, in the same condition as received, except for normal wear and tear. Late returns may incur additional charges.

User Account

If you create an account on our website, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account or password. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Innovative Safety Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use of or inability to use the Equipment or our services
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our website
• Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our website
• Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through our website

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Innovative Safety Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your use of and access to our website or services
• Your violation of any term of these Terms and Conditions
• Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right
• Any claim that your use of the Equipment caused damage to a third party

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website.
