Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the size and weight of the equipment, delivery location, and chosen shipping method. For your convenience:

  • Free delivery for rental orders over $1,000 (within 50 miles of our facility)
  • Flat-rate shipping for standard equipment to most locations
  • Custom shipping quotes for oversized equipment or remote locations

Tracking Your Delivery

Need the equipment for longer than initially planned? No problem! You can request a rental extension by:

  • Contacting our customer service team at least 24 hours before the scheduled return date
  • Logging into your account and requesting an extension through our customer portal
  • Speaking with your account representative

Extension availability depends on equipment demand and upcoming reservations. We'll do our best to accommodate your needs.

Late Returns

Equipment returned after the scheduled return date without prior extension approval may incur additional charges. Please contact us as soon as possible if you anticipate a late return.

Equipment Condition & Inspection

All rental equipment undergoes thorough inspection and testing before delivery to ensure it meets our quality standards. Upon receiving the equipment:
